TopToon

Terms of use

Last updated: 23 October 2026

1. Purpose

toptoon.fr ("the Site"), published by TopToon, is a news site about anime and manga. It gathers headlines, short excerpts and thumbnails of articles published by third-party publishers and links to the original article. Using the Site means accepting these terms.

2. Access to the Site

The Site is free to use and needs no sign-up. TopToon works to keep it available but does not guarantee continuity or an error-free service. The Site may change, be suspended or be closed at any time, without notice.

3. Third-party publishers' content

The headlines, excerpts and pictures shown belong to their respective publishers and remain subject to their rights. The Site only quotes them briefly, as a reference, with a link to the source, and never reproduces a whole article. An article is read on its publisher's site, under that publisher's terms. TopToon is not answerable for the accuracy, availability or content of those sites.

A publisher or rights holder who wants a content removed or a source no longer followed can write to [email protected]; the request is handled as soon as possible.

4. Intellectual property

The TopToon name, the logo, the layout and the code of the Site belong to TopToon. Any reproduction or reuse beyond normal browsing of the Site needs prior written agreement.

5. Acceptable use

It is forbidden to extract the Site in an automated and massive way, to disrupt its operation, to republish its service or to use it against the law. TopToon may restrict access for anyone who breaks these rules.

6. Liability

The Site is provided "as is". The information relayed belongs to its publishers and is neither advice nor a guarantee. To the extent the law allows, TopToon is not liable for indirect damages linked to the use of the Site or the inability to use it.

7. Personal data

Data processing is described in the privacy policy.

8. Changes

TopToon may change these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution is sought first; failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction.
